2025年晋升辽宁师范大学教授，入选“辽师学者”青年拔尖人才。主要从事数字化转型、环境管理及企业数字责任研究。研究获得国家自然科学基金项目等资助，论文发表在Business Strategy and the Environment、Annals of Operations Research、Technology in Society、Journal of Cleaner Production等国际权威期刊，先后6篇入选ESI全球Top 1%高被引论文，出版学术专著1部。受邀担任Journal of Business Ethics (FT50)、Business Strategy and the Environment、Technovation等20余种SSCI/SCI期刊审稿人。任国家自然科学基金委同行评议专家、CIBES科学委员会委员、教育部研究生学位论文评审专家、大连市科技局项目评审专家及Front.
